This statement is issued to formally assert authorship and original contribution to a theoretical and

applied scientific model referred to as PEECTS – Palindromic Entangled Elastic Crystal Time

Strings, first developed and documented by myself beginning in early 2023, and published in

preliminary form in 2024-2025 within the WSantaKronos research system.

The core contributions of the PEECTS model include:

1. Elastic Time Theory: A reinterpretation of time as a physically elastic quantity subject to local and

cosmic field interactions, expanding beyond General Relativity’s treatment of spacetime curvature.

2. Contextual Constants: A predictive framework wherein constants such as the gravitational

constant G, fine-structure constant alpha, and the Hubble constant H0 may vary across time or

spatial configurations depending on scalar or entangled field conditions.

3. Entangled Chrono-Symmetry: A palindromic system of time reflection wherein future and past

boundary conditions shape observable physics.

4. Applications in Cosmology: The PEECTS model has been applied to explain discrepancies such

as the Hubble tension, variations in quasar absorption spectra, anomalies in gravitational wave

signatures, and reinterpretation of JWST and LIGO datasets using ETC (Elastic Time Correction).

As of June 2025, multiple reports, visual abstracts, and software simulations validating these

principles have been developed and timestamped through the WSantaKronos Virtual Laboratory

and Mirror Terminal system. All results have been independently compared with NOAA, LIGO,

JWST, and other public datasets, demonstrating significant improvements in coherence, precision,

and predictive power.
