My comments:

In essence, Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning behaves like a quantum computer, a Quasi-Quantum Compute Like Behavior. Being the Universe the best Quantum Computer that exists, it finds Quasi-Instantaneous answers, because the universe existence is made possible, due to the quantum nature of the solutions almost instantly found to all its problems (or questions) , almost at the speed of light, I have called it in my books and articles “The Most Appropriate Possible Answer”. For this to happen, a computer must be able to have access to “All the Existing Information in the Whole Universe”, and only the Universe Can Have such Access, that is why only the Universe achieves the Instantaneous Most Suitable Response Possible to every Instantaneous continuous challenges that is constantly facing.The explained process is constant, continuous and infinite, because the universe is chaotic, dynamic, variable and infinite, is equally responding on an infinite manner with Quasi-Order using the most Appropriate Possible Quasi-Responses continuously and infinitely, instant after instant. How? Very similar to what a quasi-perfect quantum computer would be, the Universe at each new Chaos Instant responds with a “Complex Solution” (a Complex Solution would be equivalent to an R-MAP or Most Appropriate Possible Response). What do I call the Quantum Component Complex Solution/R-MAP? Could be define as “the instant of time in which the Universe at almost the speed of light transport the amount of information containing what I have called CCSR-MAP (Quantum Component Complex Solution/R-MAP), where each one will be carrying all the possible solutions to a specific question, including the only one correct”. An In this way instantly and at the same time sending all the possible solutions to that specific problem, so that only one minus all the others emerge as the correct one and R-MAP AMSWER instantly becoming the solution and also a functional part of the Universe. Then keeping the non-solutions plus their energy as reference in the universal memory, this process that I proposed entails continuous and instant learning. AI-MR works in a similar way as the Universe although limited by the speed and access to information computers have. In my opinion the CCSR-MAP, is the most efficient Complex Solution, that could explain the existence of the Universe as we know it, and its efficiency within the chaos.
