The concept of “ghost games “ – defined as absence of enough influencing crowd , in this case, on football games ( could be apply to any event ), after reading this interesting research, could be summarized as follows; few fans = no influencing crowd = no pressure = less interest in applying rules = significant impact on the outcome. Could this be generalized ?
