Wolves howling, birds singing, rain falling—natural sounds inspire us and connect us to nature. New research by a team of scientists shows that natural sounds are also good for our health.

Blogger Note:

Proves like the one on this research, are likely to be found constantly. It is a well known fact found in many books and published papers. In Holistic Psychiatry, rhythm-therapy or rythmotherapy is always part of a patient’s treatment plan. I have been using it as an important part of treatment and prevention of Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, etc, for more than 25 years. It is included as a whole chapter in my 1995 book “La Gran Ventana” ( The Great Window). It is always nice to find new research proving, this very well known fact.
