As a consequence of frustration, exhaustion , sense of impotence product of the lack materials, equipment, personnel and witnessing patients dying, developing a post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), is predictable. Few hospital administrators will think about ,health professionals mental health needs specially during an emergency of such a magnitude as this global one. Even worse is the very sad situation that emerges when a health professional is contagious. Somehow each treatment facility,should establish a multidisciplinary mental health team, to make this help,mandatory and available as part of the the Facility Protocols. Without a doubt,  effectiveness of this treatment approach ihas already been proven.
